Who this covers
This policy describes the website at cordisglobal.com, run by Cordis Global LLC. It covers only what the site itself does. Last updated November 5, 2026.
What you send us through forms
The site collects what you choose to type into a form. Each form sends that information to a different place:
- Contact form (/contact). Your name, company, email, phone, situation, revenue range and note, plus a label showing which page or link brought you there. It is sent through Netlify Forms, stored by Netlify, and emailed to the firm.
- Case study requests (/in-practice). The case you asked for, your situation, your revenue range and your email. It is sent through Netlify Forms, stored by Netlify, and emailed to the firm.
- Sample report request (/mri). Your email, a label for the page it came from and the time of the request. It is stored in a database the firm keeps with Supabase.
- Buyer inquiry (/buyers). Your contact and firm details, your acquisition criteria and any documents you upload. It is sent to the firm's own workflow service, hosted on Render. If you arrive through a personal link, the service also records that the link was used.
- Payments (/engagement and /sponsor). The reference, amount and company details you enter are used to set up a Stripe checkout. Card details are entered into Stripe's checkout, not into this site.
Analytics
Most pages use Microsoft Clarity, a session analytics tool, to show how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. Clarity does not run on the buyer inquiry or payment pages.
Cookies
The site's own code does not set cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies on pages where it runs. Stripe's checkout script loads on the payment pages, and Stripe may set its own cookies there.
Other services you may choose to use
- Calendly. Scheduling links open Calendly, which collects what you enter on its own site.
- Email and phone. Email and phone links open your own email or phone app. What you send goes directly to us.
- Client portal. Client sign-in and document pages are served by the firm's workflow service on Render.
- Google Fonts. A few older pages load fonts from Google, which receives a standard request from your browser.
Each of these services has its own privacy terms.
